1. Services

DigitalDots provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Web design and web development
• Ecommerce website development
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Google Ads / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management
• Mobile application development (Android, iOS, Flutter)
• Social media marketing and management

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work ("SOW") agreed upon between the Company and the client.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its server infrastructure
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Knowingly transmit data or upload content that contains viruses or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this website without prior written consent

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives a licence to use the delivered website/application. Source code ownership and transfer terms are governed by the individual project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging DigitalDots for services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks they supply to us
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs may result in revised delivery timelines without additional cost to the Company.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project value) is required before work commences
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch
• For ongoing retainer services (SEO, PPC management), payment is due in advance at the start of each month
• Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days may result in suspension of services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalDots and Dev Clouds11 Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Errors or omissions in website content
• Search engine ranking fluctuations resulting from algorithm changes outside our control
• Third-party platform changes (Google Ads policy changes, Facebook algorithm updates, etc.)

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to third-party websites including clouds11.com (our sister company). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. SEO and digital marketing results are not guaranteed, as they depend on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm updates and market competition.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
